Delete your data
No forms to fill in. No retention period. No exit interview.
Deletion is one action and it is immediate. We do not ask you why, we do not offer you a discount to stay, and we do not keep a shadow copy for thirty days. A person who cannot leave cleanly is a person who was never safe being honest with us in the first place.
What gets deleted
- Your account and password hash
- Your profile: address, unit, entry code, substances, naloxone status
- Your ladder configuration and full contact tree
- Your entire event log, including every tier change
- Memory Vault recordings and transcripts linked to your account
- Any cached generations produced for you
What this cannot reach
Text generation runs through Google Gemini via OpenRouter. Content already sent to that provider is governed by their retention policy and we cannot delete it on your behalf. We can only stop sending more, which deleting your account does immediately.
Alerts already delivered to a caregiver's device are on that device. We cannot reach into someone else's phone and remove a message they already received.
